CIPS Conestoga is a student-run chapter of Canada’s Association of IT Professionals. Our chapter is welcoming all students in the school of IT and Engineering with the focus on IT who wish to pursue networking opportunities, certification, and accreditation in addition towards their Diploma at Conestoga College.

Our first event in the New Year is our “Speed Networking Night”, and it happens on January 31st from 5pm-8:30pm. A night where IT employers are available to share their industry knowledge and mentor student talent. This is also a night for students to explore the interest in learning what IT employers are looking for in the IT community. There will be professional speakers, light refreshments, and the opportunity to network with professionals to help you succeed in this industry.

CIPS Conestoga is free to join for students in Ontario. For anyone who would like more information, please do not hesitate to visit organization’s national website at http://www.CIPS.ca or email us at cips@conestogac.on.ca
